Can I book an appointment now?
Not yet. Join the list and we will email you when booking begins. This does not book an appointment.
Are you accepting new patients?
Not yet. We plan to welcome all ages and whole families when we open.
Do you accept the Canadian Dental Care Plan (CDCP)?
We plan to accept the CDCP and submit eligible claims directly. Co-payments or other charges may apply.
Do you bill insurance directly?
When your plan allows, we can submit claims and estimate your portion. Final coverage and payment are set by your plan.
What if I don't have insurance?
We will provide written pricing and help you prioritize your care.
Do you see children?
Yes. We recommend a first visit by age one or within six months of the first tooth. Family visits can be coordinated when scheduling allows.
What languages do you speak?
We speak English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
Will you have evening or weekend appointments?
Saturday and limited evening appointments are planned. Hours will be posted before booking begins.
What makes the clinic 'modern'?
We are planning digital X-rays, 3D imaging, 3D printing, and a small camera (intraoral scanner) for detailed dental scans.
Do you offer sedation?
We plan to offer sedation, including IV sedation, for appropriate patients after a consultation and health review.
What should I do about a dental emergency before you open?
We cannot provide urgent care before opening. Contact your current dentist or an urgent dental clinic. Call HealthLink BC at 8-1-1 if you are unsure where to go, and call 9-1-1 for a life-threatening emergency.
Where exactly are you located?
2577 Renfrew Street, a short walk from Renfrew Station. The building has parking, and the 16 Renfrew bus stops nearby.
